According to the Public Relations Office of Kermanshah University of Technology, Dr. Gholamhossein Roshani—an associate professor and faculty member at the university—has been appointed as the Head of the Kermanshah Province Elites Foundation. This appointment was made by Dr. Hossein Afshin, the Vice President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy and Head of the National Elites Foundation.

Dr. Roshani, who currently serves as the Vice President for Education and Research at Kermanshah University of Technology, has assumed this significant role regarding the province’s elites and top talents, drawing upon his distinguished academic, managerial, and executive background and valuable experience.

An excerpt from his appointment decree reads:

“In view of your commitment, competence, valuable experience, and distinguished track record; and considering the strategic importance of elites and top talents in the country’s comprehensive progress and excellence—as well as the role of the National Elites Foundation in policy-making, guidance, and the organization of elite capacities—I hereby appoint you as the Head of the Kermanshah Province Elites Foundation.”
