Planning and Programming Management
In order to operationalize their vision, mission, and strategic goals, organizations require systematic planning in the areas of budgeting, organizational restructuring, and human resources management. To this end, a unit titled “Planning and Programming” is typically established within the organizational structure of executive bodies.
At Kermanshah University of Technology, this management operates under the supervision of the President’s Office and within the framework of the approved annual budget and program. Its mission is to facilitate transformation, enhance efficiency and productivity, systematize the University’s annual plans and operations, and ensure the provision of necessary financial resources.
The Planning and Programming Management consists of eight areas of activity:
