Introduction

The Office of Vice Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for planning and policymaking regarding the administrative and financial system, as well as human resources management, within the framework of laws, regulations, and resolutions. It ensures the implementation of rules, oversees financial and administrative standards, and provides the necessary foundation for achieving higher education goals.

Responsibilities and Authorities

  • Organizing and planning financial management based on increasing efficiency
  • Developing strategies for revenue generation and enhancing financial resources leveraging the University’s operational and technical capabilities
  • Formulating policies for optimizing and controlling current expenses
  • Providing opinions regarding the organization and administrative structure of the Vice Presidency
  • Formulating policies, managing, and evaluating human resources to increase staff productivity and maintain administrative discipline
  • Continuously assessing staff performance and reviewing the evaluation system
  • Providing benefits and welfare services for faculty members and staff
  • Maintaining and improving the University’s infrastructure
  • Completing and reviewing comprehensive plans for organizing and beautifying the campus
  • Supervising and improving traffic and transportation management
  • Overseeing building affairs and implementing construction projects
  • Handling the University’s legal matters
  • Studying and following up on the construction of new buildings and development projects
  • Providing, distributing, and optimizing water resources according to usage type
  • Conducting studies on comprehensive urban planning within the University
  • Collaborating with governmental and private organizations to expand cooperation opportunities
  • Formulating policies and planning for supporting and supplying the University’s needs
