There are two calls for applications for the contractual recruitment of faculty members each year, which are issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in August/September and January/February. The procedure is as follows:
1. Receiving and collecting applications after registration and announcement of the names by the Central Recruitment Board on the website
2. Initial assessment of applicants’ files by the Executive Recruitment Board
3. Making and completing files for applicants who meet the initial requirements and sending them to the Committee for the Assessment of Academic Qualifications as well as the Committee for the Assessment of General Qualifications
4. Conducting meetings of the Committee for the Assessment of Academic Qualifications and the Committee for the Assessment of General Qualifications for assessing the files and sending the results to the Recruitment Secretariat
5. Sending the assessment results of the Committee for the Assessment of Academic Qualifications and the Committee for the Assessment of General Qualifications by the Secretariat to the Executive Recruitment Board
6. Decision-making by the Executive Recruitment Board
7. Sending summaries of the files of applicants who have been approved by the Executive Recruitment Board to the Secretariat of the Central Recruitment Board at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
8. Assessing and making the final decision by the Central Recruitment Board at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
9. Announcing the final result to the applicant by the University
