Education office of Kermanshah University of Technology is the main and instrumental pillar in the educational process of the University, taking into account the principles of commitment to rules and regulations, speed and quality in service provision, as well as accuracy and precision in performing tasks in accordance with rules and regulations which are prepared and communicated through bylaws, educational topics, and directives of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This office diligently endeavors to optimally fulfill its assigned tasks and requires the assistance of students, faculty, and staff in order to do so.

Job description and services provided for students by this management are as follows:

- Admission and registration of new students

-  Semester planning of courses; carrying out selection of units, end-of-semester exams, and related matters

- Issuance of temporary certificates of completion of education, diplomas, transcripts, education verification certificates, and answering inquiries

- Matters related to military service

-  Matters related to guest students, transfer students, and transfer along with the change of field of study

- Monitoring students in terms of the length of education, failing exams and absence

- Preparing and updating the required statistics

- Issuance of university attendance certificates, GPA certificates, teaching certificates of professors, etc.

- Matters related to students who are exceptional talents

- Assessing educational requests of students at the Service Desk

- Matters related to the requests of the Special Cases Commission

- Matters related to the calculation of teaching fees of part-time instructors

- Organizing and preserving files of students, assessing them and announcing file defects

- Carrying out matters related to the presentation of seminars by postgraduate students

- Carrying out matters related to the thesis defense of postgraduate students

- Carrying out matters related to Sajad, Jiro, and Irandoc systems
